  1.  Consider approval of June 17, 2026 minutes, or take other necessary action. (Chair James Gulley)

 

  1. Consider approval of the Financials of  June 2026 or take other necessary action. (Chair James Gulley)    

 

  1. Consider, and take necessary action, the report and recommendations of an appraising committee to make a list of artifacts from the Oklahoma War Park Memorial and Trust that would merit additional insurance coverage. (Chair James Gulley)

 

  1. Consider appointment, and take necessary action, of a board member to negotiate with Robert Axelford, appraiser recommended by current insurance agent, Don Gordon, to establish a contract to appraise the artifacts identified by the appraising committee. (Chair James Gulley)

 

  1. Discuss and take necessary action regarding the approval and printing of a new brochure for the Muskogee War Memorial Trust Park and Museum. Establishing which company to use for copying and number of copies to have made. (Chair James Gulley)

 

  1. Discuss and take necessary action on the report from Mr. Erb regarding inventory of gift shop and recent purchases of T-shirts and cups. (Chair James Gulley)

 

  1. Discuss and take necessary action regarding the replacement of the iphone 7 currently being used with a newer model ______________ (Chair James Gulley).

 

  1. Discuss and take necessary action regarding disposal of the concrete canoe currently located at the Museum on Batfish road. (Chair James Gulley)

 

  1. Receive report from Vice Chair Ronnie Chandler regarding the status of FEMA reimbursement of the U.S.S. Batfish or take other necessary action. (Vice Chair, Ronnie Chandler)  

 

  1. Receive report from Trustee Wren Stratton regarding the status of the Oklahoma State PREP grant or take other necessary action. (Trustee Wren Stratton)

 

  1.
